Jennifer Ukutegbe, tasting room manager at Cooper’s Oak Winery in Boonville, took time to answer several questions about herself and her work in an e-mail interview.

What is it like working for the winery and working in Boonville?
It’s exciting! Every day is different and full of new adventures. You never know who or what you may see in downtown Boonville, but one thing is for certain, you will hear lots of stories about when this building was J.C. Penney’s. It’s really an honor to be able to come to work everyday in a building that is such a significant part of Boonville’s past, and hopefully, Boonville’s future.
