A former Howard County Dairy Queen Manager is behind bars after an inquest was held regarding the death of a Glasgow teen on Tuesday.
The jury verdict came after hearing several testimonies regarding the suicide of Kenneth Suttner. The jury ruled that the death was the cause of bullying by individuals at the local Dairy Queen and the school district.
Harley Branham was arrested for second degree involuntary manslaughter after being questioned during the inquest regarding the bullying situations. Branham is being held on a $25,000 bond surety.
