A Civil War reenactment planned for June 2011 has received maximum-effort designation, a co-chair of the Boonville Civil War Commemorative Commission said Tuesday.
She said the Missouri Civil War Reenactors’ Association awards the distinction to a couple of reenactments each year in recognition of the high level of planning that has gone into them.
