A Boonville man and two Kansas City pizzerias have filed a class-action lawsuit against AT&T, accusing the company of adding illegal additional charges onto its bills.
The plaintiffs are seeking reimbursements on behalf of more than 1 million Missouri customers for what AT&T has collected thus far and what it will collect in the future, said John Edgar, the plaintiffs’ attorney.
The plaintiffs are two Minsky’s pizzerias in Kansas City and Mark Wooldridge of Boonville. Edgar and Anthony LaCroix, of the Edgar Law Firm of Kansas City filed the class-action suit.
