Groomers started early this morning bathing their cattle in preparation for the Junior cattle show. Contestants competed in 21 classes for trophies and monetary awards that were donated by businesses and citizens who contributed to the Prairie Home Fair. 

Arts and exhibits were on display and judged in Prairie Homes school gymnasium Wednesday. Items on display were home grown or hewn and a reflection of the local talent. Edible items, flowers, vegetables, quilts, pictures and more were on display.
