Warm Springs Ranch, a 300-acre Clydesdale breeding farm located in Cooper County is open to the public for tours.

Missouri Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder, State Rep. Kenny Jones, R-Calif., and State Sen. Bill Stouffer*, R-Napton, were on hand for the opening today.
