Ordinarily, I don’t like second-guessing jury verdicts in criminal cases. If I haven’t seen and heard every bit of evidence presented at trial, who am I to say the jury got it wrong?


Having said that, however, I am mystified by the verdicts (HERE) in the trial of Michael Dunn (above) for shooting at an SUV full of teenagers in Jacksonville, Fla., in an argument over loud music at a gas station..


I don’t understand how Dunn could be found guilty of attempted murder in connection with the shots he fired at the teens who were not injured ...
