Ashley Manor residents show off their costumes

From the scary to the creative, residents of Ashley Manor Care Center in Boonville dressed in all sorts of costumes. The residents who dressed up also had to showcase their attire to judges from the Boonville Daily News, Cooper County Voice and KWRT Radio.
As each resident approached the judges, a musical theme accompanied each individual. The hour long event boasted hard decisions for the judges as a wide array of talent was showcased.

First place was awarded to the Sheryl McGruder in her Statue of Liberty costume.

Second place was awarded to Charlene Thoma who dressed up as a gigantic mammoth moth.

Third place was awarded to Mildren Nichols who dressed up as the lady from the movie 'The Birds.'

Most creative was given to both Earl and Veronica O'Bryan for dressing up as hip hop rappers.
