High School students get ready to start classes

The first day of registration at Boonville High School brought seniors and juniors out to make last changes to their 2013-14 school plans before the school year begins. Students registered in the BHS Media Center.
Peggy Llewellyn, who volunteered her time to assist in registration, said she is excited about the new year and helping the students as they come back to school.
"I am the last station on the stop. I give students good news about their immunization shots. Basically I feel out emergency forms and collect any medication information we may need," Llewellyn said.
Senior Kelsie Willis came in the morning to register and start plan her last year at BHS.
"I’m excited it is my last year and ready to get it over with," Willis said.
Registration continues for three more days.
"It was a short summer and we are anxious to get back," Llewellyn said.
