  • Boonville — After a lengthy investigation, the M.U.S.T.A.N.G. Drug Task Force and the Boonville Police Department reported that Grand Jury Indictments were issued with assistance from the Cooper County Sheriff’s Department, Howard County Sheriff’s Department, Fayette Police Department and the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
    All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Below is the complete list and charges each individual is facing.
     Thaddeus L. Lewis, 49, was arrested on two counts of distributing a controlled substance near schools. Bond was set at $150,000 cash or surety.
    Frederick Doyle Bowen, 45, was arrested on three counts of distributing a controlled substance near schools. Bond was set at $150,000 cash or surety.
    Mickey Lee Petershagen, 41, was arrested on one count of distributing distributing, delivery, manufacturing, producing or attempting to possess with intent to distribute, manufacture and produce a controlled substance. Bond was set at $75,000 cash or surety.
    Elizabeth P. Drennan, 22, was arrested on two counts of distributing, delivery, manufacturing, producing or attempting to possess with intent to distribute, manufacture, produce a controlled substance. Bond was set at $100,000 cash or surety.
    Amanda D. Gregory, 22, was arrested on one count of distributing a controlled substance near schools. Bond was set at $100,000 cash or surety.
    Timothy Gatlin Holstun, 28, was arrested on two counts of distributing, delivery, manufacturing, producing or attempting to possess with intent to distribute, manufacture, produce a controlled substance. Bond was set at $100,000 cash or surety.
    Taj Feon Young, 41, was arrested on one count of distributing, delivering heroin, cocaine base, LSD, amphetamine, methamphetamine near a park and one count of distributing a controlled substance near a school. Bond was set at $150,000 cash or Surety.
    Joseph C. Rainsbarger, 23, was arrested on two counts of distributing a controlled substance near a school. Bond was set at $150,000 cash or surety.
    Brent Franklin Cook, 51, was arrested on one count of distributing, delivering, manufacturing, producing or attempting to possess with intent to distribute, manufacture, or produce a controlled substance. Bond was set at$75,000 cash or surety.
    Jason R. Perry, 28, was arrested on one count of distributing, delivering heroin, cocaine, cocaine base, LSD, amphetamine, methamphetamine near a park. Bond was set at $100,000 cash or surety.
    Darrell W. Reid, 53, was arrested on one count of distributing a controlled substance near a school. Bon was set at $100,000 cash or surety.
    Andrew D. Decker, 25, was arrested on one count of distributing, delivering, manufacturing, producing or attempting to possess with intent to distribute, manufacture, produce a controlled substance. He was also arrested on two counts of distributing or delivering no more than five grams of marijuana. Bond was set at $75,000 cash or surety.
     Michael Randall Doyle, 34, was arrested on three counts of distributing, delivering, manufacturing, producing or attempting to Possess with intent to distribute, manufacture, produce a controlled substance. Bond was set at $100,000 cash or surety.
    Page 2 of 2 - Cecilia A. Cole, 35, was arrested on three counts of distributing, delivering, manufacturing, producing or attempting to possess with intent to distribute, manufacture, produce a controlled substance. Bond was set at $100,000 cash or surety.
    Marceino C. Moore, 29, was arrested on two counts of distributing, delivering, manufacturing, producing or attempting to possess with intent to distribute, manufacture or produce a controlled substance. Bond was set at $100,000 cash or surety.
    The following persons are currently incarcerated in the Missouri Department of Corrections and Grand Jury Indictments have been issued and are awaiting service.
     Arttavis Martell Ferrell, 23, was arrested  on three counts of distributing, delivering, manufacturing, producing or attempting to possess with intent to distribute, manufacture, produce a controlled substance. Bond: $100,000 cash or surety.
    Scott Joseph Vonderahe, 33, was arrested on one count of distributing controlled substance near schools. Bond was set at $100,000 cash or surety.
    Keith C. Brim, 26, was arrested on two counts of distributing, delivering, manufacturing, producing or attempting to possess with intent to distribute, manufacture, produce a controlled substance. Bond was set at $100,000 cash or surety.
    Wesley F. Gander, 41, arrested on two counts of distributing, delivering, manufacturing, producing or attempting to Possess with intent to distribute, manufacture, produce a controlled substance. Bond was set at $100,000 cash or surety.
    In addition to the arrests the investigation led to a search warrant being served in Columbia, Mo. which concluded with the seizure of a weapon and drugs.
    This investigation is ongoing and future arrests are expected.
     Boonville Police Chief Bobby Welliver would like to express his appreciation to all of the law enforcement Officers who participated in this successful investigation. Those include the Boonville Police, Sheriff Jerry Wolfe along with the deputies and jail staff of the Cooper County Sheriff’s Department, Sheriff Mike Neal and Deputy Jeff Glandon of the Howard County Sheriff’s Department, The Fayette Police Department,  The Missouri State Highway Patrol and members of the M.U.S.T.A.N.G. Drug Task Force.
