The second, will be a wheat ale using my own chinook hops. Both are going to made a little on the fly as I’m not following a recipe of any kind.
This is what I love about beer making. The risk of not following a recipe, and just going on what I know. This might drive some people nuts, but for me its a heck of a lot of fun. Then I can use the spent grain, and make bread with it. Should be fun.
