So I have been slacking in the blog-o-sphere lately. Last week I had 4674513 things to do which included meetings for work, trying to get two workouts a day in, and it was finals week at school. Needless to say, my diet lifestyle change has also struggled this week.
Friday night we went to a hockey game so I ate there. Saturday I spent all day running around because my car decided it wanted some new wheels which took FOUR hours and I had an ice cream date with a friend and my son. That night we were at a basketball game and my husbands parents took us out to eat. Yesterday, I worked a hectic 12 hour day and the last thing I wanted to do was come home and cook so we went out again. And today, my son and I had a lunch date at the Chinese Buffet when oen of my friends and her son. Therefore, my life has been consumed with food in the last four days.
I need to figure out a way to energize myself and make healthy choices. I tried eating a salad everyday, but I got sick of the salad real fast. I'm afraid to get back on the scale and see what that Tremendous twelve did to the numbers.
