Temperatures reached 76 degrees yesterday around 2 p.m. This high broke the all-time high record for that day. While temperatures were more springlike, it prompted individuals to get out and enjoy the unseasonably warm weather which included walking around downtown.
Heavy rain fell Tuesday in conjunction with a slow moving cold front on approach from the northwest. The National Weather Service issued a significant weather advisory for the area stating large storms were possible, maybe an isolated tornado.
Wednesday is forecasted to have a high of 33 with snow showers.
