  • Boonville — Great patient care and operating efficiency were top-of-mind as Cooper County Memorial Hospital began its new partnership with Emergency Staffing Solutions on November 29. Emergency Staffing Solutions (ESS) now staffs and manages physicians in the emergency department at CCMH. “ESS is working closely with Cooper County Memorial staff to establish a strong working relationship in order to provide the best patient care possible. The patient's emergency room experience is our top priority”, ESS COO, Shonda Rupe. “We're very excited to have the privilege of serving the Boonville community.” “With this new alliance, we anticipate being able to enhance our existing focus on the overall level of care our patients receive. Additionally, new operation protocols are expected to yield time and financial efficiencies.” Allen Waldo, Cooper County Memorial CEO. ESS is aligned with the primary goal of a patient's total wellbeing, and shares CCMH's desire to serve the community as a healthcare leader. Emergency Staffing Solutions, founded 2001 in Texas, focuses on rural and suburban areas and has a strong network of over 1,000 physicians. They manage EDs and Hospitalist programs for over 50 facilities nationwide.
