  • Cade Schupp had a single, double and a triple, and teammate Cameron Ridgeway added two singles and one double as Schlotzhauer Auto Red Sox defeated Precision Home Yankees 14-7 in Babe Ruth Rookie League action Wednesday night at Kemper park.
    Austin Schuster, Alex Elliott, Gage Morris and Ethan Hurley each had three singles in the game for the Red Sox while Brooklyn Lamar and Ben Elwell added two singles each.
    For the Yankees, Aidan Brown had three singles, Tate Nease, Tanner Bishop and Lawson Edwards each with two singles, Zane Johanning with one double and Jackson Strodtman with one single.
    Infinite Creations Royals 26
    Murphy’s USA Angels 4
    Infinite Creations Royals scored at least five runs in every inning to beat Murphy’s USA Angels by a score of 26-4 in Babe Ruth Rookie League action Wednesday night at Kemper park.
    Maxwell Eckerle led the hitting attack in the game for the Royals with two singles, two doubles and one triple.
    Tucker Lorenz finished the game with three singles and two doubles while Colby Caton, Bayleigh Warren, Aaron Vossler and Gage Young added four singles and one double each, Isaac Marriott with two singles and two doubles and Noah Reimlinger with three singles.
    For the Angels, Ethan Reddell and Jaden Reddell each had three singles while Peyton Monteer and Garrett Walther added two singles each and Dalton Sims and Zach Loesing with one single apiece.
    Monday's games
    Dakota Williams had two singles and one double, and teammate Austin Bealmer added three singles as Aaron’s Rent-To-Own Cardinals defeated Schlotzhauer Auto Red Sox in Babe Ruth Rookie League action Monday night by a score of 13-11.
    Michael Bullard finished the game with two doubles for the Cardinals while Jordon Fishburn added one single and one double, Conner Acton, Eli Walker and Ethan Henderson each with two singles and Ethan Watson and William Wiser with one single each.
    For Schlotzhauer Auto Red Sox, Cade Schupp had two singles, one triple and one home run. Marcus Connelly and Jordon Torres each had three singles while Austin Schuster, Brooklyn Lamar, Alex Elliott, Ben Elwell and Gage Morris added two singles each and Ethan Hurley with one single.
    In the nightcap, Luke Green and Zander Schuster each had two singles and one double as Love’s Truck Stop Orioles defeated Murphy’s USA Angels by a score of 13-5.
    Ryder Comegys finished the game with three singles while Bryce Drew, Drew Rhorer, Abram Taylor, Tyson Ellison and Dakota Troost added two singles each and Ben Lutz and Eric Kearns with one single apiece.
    For Murphy’s USA Angels, Ethan Reddell had one single and one double while  Peyton Monteer, Cooper Kopine, Henry Rohrbach and Aidan Edmonds added two singles each and Garrett Walther, Jaden Reddell and Zach Loesing with one single each.
