- KWRT wrapped up the Junior Babe Ruth title by beating KFC 8-7 in the season finale Monday night at Twillman Field in Harley park. KWRT finished the season at 13-2 overall while Medical Arts closed out the season at 12-3, CARSTAR at 8-7, A&W at 6-9, Imhoff's Appliance at 5-10 and KFC at 4-11.
